This Spanish Standard Course of 4 lessons of 45 minutes per day allows you to
complement your holidays in Andalusia with language study.
The passion for Tango emerged in late 18th century as a result of changing
cultural and social influences in Buenos Aires and Montevideo. Today Tango is
one of the most sought after dance styles in the world, and while a century ago
Tango was a simple and popular dance among the poorer population of Latin
America, nowadays it is a complex and fiery dance.
This programme allows participants to dance the Tango in Granada, one of the
most fascinating cities in the world. We offer you the chance to experience and
learn both the practical skills of the Tango and the Spanish language. We
provide the opportunity to complement your Spanish Course with Tango dance
classes in collaboration with recognized and qualified dance teachers from
Uruguay. There are classes at all levels, starting with beginners to more
advanced levels.

Intermediate and Advanced levels: every Monday
Holidays without classes
6. January - 1. March - 2. April - 3. May - 3. June - 16 August - 12. October - 1. November - 6. December. There are no
classes on national and local holidays. These classes are not recoverable;
except in the case of 1 week courses and Individual Courses. The school doesn’t
close during Christmas.
Details of the Spanish Course & Tango
- Levels: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2
- Schedule: Monday to Friday / 09.00 - 12.15 h
- Lessons: 20 lessons per week / 4 lessons of 45 min. per day
- Minimum Age: 16 years
- Tango classes: 4 classes of 60 minutes per week; Tuesday and Thursday
from 20.00 to 22.00 h.
- Tango dance level required: from beginners to advanced levels
- Group Size: 1 to 8 students
Included in the course fee:
Level-testing, Spanish course, Tango classes, educational material
(photocopies and textbooks), information about Granada, the costs of some of the
activities included in the cultural program, certificate of attendance, use of
library and multimedia room, free Internet access, WIFI and accommodation
arrangements.
Not included in the course fee:
Airport transfer, travel insurance, the costs of some of the activities
included in the cultural program.
