Totnes School of English, started in 1980, is a small, friendly British-Council accredited English language school in Totnes, where students come to study English from all over the world, all year round. Totnes is a unique town- historic, alternative and cultural- set in the beautiful Devon countryside, near to unspoilt Dartmoor and the coast. It is only 3 hours by direct train from London and only 2.5 hours from Bristol International Airport.

The language school is in the historic Gate House building in the heart of Totnes, and students can choose morning English lessons in a Standard English group or full day English lessons in our popular Mini groups, Intensive and English Plus options.
